Your Role:
- Drafting, examining, and assisting in the negotiation of various complex commercial and construction type contracts.
- Offering regulatory guidance on distribution, antitrust and competition law issues.
- Contribute to the development and use of policies and processes in order to proactively identify, define, and manage risks.
- Handling legal disputes and claims.
- Assisting in maintaining adherence to relevant laws and Group policies.
- Delivering instruction and managing our legal compliance initiatives.
- Additional local legal assistance as deemed reasonably necessary by Legal Management.
Your Profile:
- A completely qualified attorney with a Master's or Bachelor of Laws degree, or an equivalent, who is permitted to practice law in the UK or Ireland.
- Excellent technology skills and fluency in written and spoken English.
- Has experience working in an inhouse environment and has worked for a multinational corporation.
- Proactively and closely collaborate with the business's stakeholders to recognise and evaluate important legal and commercial challenges.
- Use legal knowledge to provide solutions.
- Self-assured, with excellent interpersonal skills, business-minded, extremely organised, and capable of working well in teams.
- Proficient in both written and spoken communication.
- Able to oversee and handle substantial amounts of work autonomously.
