Senior Legal Counsel, Global Pharma Business, Remote The Business This organisation is a leader in its space and provides pharmaceutical and biotech companies of all sizes access to a range of drug therapies and integrated manufacturing facilities around the globe. The Opportunity A new opportunity now exists to join a key division of the business. Key responsibilities include the integration of high value product development contracts as well as large contracts relating to the wide-scale manufacture of and commercialisation of drugs and drug therapies. You will engage directly with the business, building partnerships and advising on what is required for new contracts to be delivered effectively. This will sometimes involve compliance and regulatory matters (although there is a dedicated regulatory team) and occasionally complex disputes. This team is the subject matter expert on delivery and projects and you will need to both understand the contracts which have been agreed and how to implement them on a practical level. The role has a European but also a global focus and as a result, your role will be largely remote with some travel. About You This is an excellent opportunity for a senior commercial lawyer ideally with experience in the life sciences/pharmaceutical sectors to join a global leader. Experience in the manufacturing sector or in FMCG would also be welcome. Significant legal advisory experience is key, as is the ability to build and develop effective working relationships. The opportunity will suit a commercially minded lawyer who values business partnering and who can navigate a highly technical and complex global organisation in a practical and pragmatic way.
