Maternity Cover . We have a great new opportunity for a Senior Legal Counsel to join us to provide support to the Head of Legal for Informa Markets.
supporting Head of Legal with BAU activities
responding to ad hoc legal queries from the Informa Markets division
drafting and negotiating a diverse range of commercial contracts (including event venue contracts, customer terms and conditions, supply agreements spanning the supply chain, IT agreements, marketing agreements, contra-agreements, licensing agreements, confidentiality agreements, procurement RFPs with associated terms and collaboration agreements), advising on IP issues and resolution of disputes
particular focus on arrangements with data processors (ensuring contracts are robust and required data processing addendums are in place)
working with Compliance and others functions on discrete compliance and internal audit projects if required, such as data protection, anti-bribery and corruption, health and safety and sanctions
supervision of junior Legal Team members
Demonstrable experience of advising clients on commercial contracts, IP issues and disputes
Prior experience of building effective working relationships with clients in a business
