An exciting opportunity for a Senior Group M&A Legal Counsel to join the Group M&A team in a world leading FTSE listed food and support services company.
About the role:
Reporting to the Head of M&A – Group Legal, the Senior Group Legal Counsel will advise on a wide range of issues relating to mergers and acquisitions in relation to the UK.
About you:
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, commercially aware and a self-starter. Ideally c.5-10PQE gained in private practice and in-house, including significant experience leading M&A transactions.
