Our client is a leading infrastructure fund with assets across the digital, transport, energy and social infrastructure sectors, looking to appoint an experienced M&A or Private Equity lawyer to its Investment Team in a front office role.

In this role, you will support the transaction and asset management activities of the fund's equity investments business advising on the full lifecycle of the investment process from origination and acquisition to the asset management and disposal of portfolio companies.
You will have trained and qualified at a top City law firm, have a minimum of 6 years' PQE advising private equity clients on their investments, experience gained in the asset management would be a plus.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong M&A or Private Equity lawyer to make the move into a front office role, working alongside another M&A lawyer you will work closely with the partners and support a busy and very successful business.
