Job Description
- Manage and oversee the management accounting processes of specific businesses within the wider company.
- Contribute to strategic financial decisions by providing accurate financial information.
- Collaborate with the wider management team to set financial targets and budgets.
- Work closely and collaboratively with key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Work closely with the finance team to enhance financial performance.
- Be a key part of the process improvement and automation.
- Assist in the implementation of financial systems and processes.
- Contribute to financial projects and initiatives within the company.
- Line manage a team of between 2 - 6 people.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Management Accountant should have:
- Qualified either ACA / ACCA / CIMA
- Proficient knowledge of accounting software and systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
