Debbie Burbage Recruitment is delighted to be working exclusively with our client, a well-established company located in a picturesque village near Junction 15 of the M1. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Management Accountant to join their dynamic team. S alary £60,000 -£75,000 depending on experience.

This is a pivotal role where you will act as the crucial interface between the finance department and the commercial teams. We are looking for a proactive individual who can business partner across departments, providing insights and guidance that will truly add value to the business, whilst mentoring and developing a small team.
Reporting to the Finance Director, key responsibilities include:
Serve as the primary liaison between finance and commercial teams, offering support, insight, and analysis to drive decision-making
Provide commercial and financial analysis to support strategic business initiatives
Collaborate with senior leadership to influence business planning and budgeting
Monitor financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Contribute to the development of commercial strategy by providing accurate financial insights
Mentor and support a small team of analysts, guiding their development and ensuring your function runs smoothly and efficiently
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Be an experienced management accountant with strong commercial acumen
Have excellent communication skills, able to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders
Be proficient in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
Demonstrate a proven ability to business partner with commercial teams and contribute to strategic discussions
Be highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Remuneration:
Salary £60,000 - £75,000 per annum depending on experience
Hours of work 40 hours per week, office-based
22 days holiday + statutory bank holidays
