Senior Manager AI Architect Consultant (Insurance)

Up to £120 000

LONDON (Hybrid or Remote)

The Role:

Work end-to-end as a Senior Manager AI Architect Consultant for a reputable Global Consultancy

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • You will translate senior client stakeholders' and architects' vision into AI/ML/GenAI architectural strategy and implementation roadmap for the Insurance domain.
  • You will collaborate with various teams including Enterprise, Application, Data & DevOps Architects, Data Scientists, MLOps & GenAI Engineers, and Business teams to pilot use cases and discuss architectural design.
  • You will be tasked to select appropriate technologies considering deployment models and integration with existing tools.
  • Support agile execution and operational improvement of AI-powered applications.
  • Work closely with security and risk leaders to anticipate and mitigate risks, ensuring ethical AI implementation and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist project teams with technical review boards and design authority approvals, ensuring compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain client stakeholder relationships and contribute to proposal development.
  • Manage diverse teams within an inclusive team culture, fostering recognition for contributions.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • MSc or PhD level education in STEM subjects.
  • Strong background in architecture and data science with expertise in AI/ML concepts and cloud-based implementations across multiple platforms.
  • Proficient in architecting scalable, cost-optimized AI/ML solutions utilizing serverless technologies, container/Kubernetes deployments, and GPU compute infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience with advanced AI architectures, deep learning frameworks, and MLOps capabilities for robust model deployments.
  • Skilled in developing and integrating APIs to serve ML models and building end-to-end solutions integrated with enterprise systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of presenting architectural designs, leading technical programs, and contributing to go-to-market activities.
