Job Description


ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM
As the Senior Manager with Asset Protection & Risk Management, you will be responsible for the development, management and administration of processes to protect Company assets and brand for retail commercialisation EMEA within Security Services, encouraging cross-functional collaboration with business units to help ensure programs are maintained in accordance with both enterprise and regional compliance requirements.

This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

ASSET PROTECTION

  • Develop proactive and analytical strategy for asset protection Standards of Practice (SOPs), programs and compliance tools associated to workplace security and general profit protection initiatives
  • Identify, develop and manage specific employee new hire and refresher training programs related to eLearning, leader-led training and awareness poster and tips programs associated to physical and workplace security, asset protection and general loss mitigation initiatives
  • We manage cross-channel supply-chain security profit protection/inventory shrink reduction, ecommerce fraud investigation and Guest appeasement processes to reduce loss exposure
  • Oversee investigations and incident management (case disposition, prosecution, restitution, etc.)
  • Support Anti-Piracy initiatives linked to retail Intellectual Property Abuse and Counterfeit merchandise investigations
  • Support 3rd party retailer/licensee embargo/Sensitive Information Protection initiatives related to digital and physical asset handling; establish sample merchandise work flow protocols
  • Be the retail profit protection subject matter expert and act as a liaison for regional security, legal and Market Law Enforcement
  • We work with business to determine design/remodel needs related to owned and operated, pop-up and/or other related business models to mitigate potential loss exposures Risk Management
  • Oversee tools and supplies (AED, First Aid, Survival Kits, Eye Wash Stations, Grab and Go Backpacks, Barricade Devices, etc.) for segment facilities with blended model regional security collaboration for shared campuses
  • In consultation with regional security partners, oversee 24/7 incident critical issue efforts, ensuring consistent and timely response
  • Oversee related audit initiatives, track performance/compliance and make appropriate recommendations to close gaps
  • Drive cross-functional partner collaborations to support integrated approach to initiatives (Operations, Finance, Accounting, HR/ER, Corp Risk, Legal and Regional Security, etc.)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Degree-level education in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Significant experience of asset protection and risk program leadership or related experience required with large multi-unit speciality retailer
  • Wicklander-Zulawski investigation certifications
  • Knowledge of the Police and Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 and similar European legislation
  • Experience of developing and implementing loss prevention policies / processes
  • Experience of leading a team is crucial
  • Tried experience of building effective links and handling partners within a large, multi-national, matrix organisation
