Opportunity to work with a Leading Global Professional Services Firm based in the UK, who are looking to add Financial Reporting, Advisory Leadership talent to their Audit Quality team.
Technical Expertise:
- Reviewing financial reports of publicly traded and high-risk companies for compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company legislation.
- Providing clear and practical solutions to complex financial reporting queries, acting as a consultant for team members.
- Developing and maintaining financial reporting tools and guidance for internal and external use.

Collaboration and Communication: - Working with management teams across different departments to support their technical needs.
- Fostering an open and collaborative environment for providing technical support and advice.
- Collaborating with audit teams to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Delivering accurate and transparent reporting to stakeholders.
Leadership and Team Development: - Supporting and coaching team members in developing their technical and professional skills.
- Contributing to the growth and development of the Financial Reporting Advisory Team.
- Reporting to senior management and working closely with leadership teams.
Requirements - Possession of a professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, ICAS, CPA or an equivalent accreditation.
- Excellent knowledge of UK and International GAAP, IFRS, UK GAAP, and Financial Reporting requirements.
- Experience in effectively managing and developing staff, as well as demonstrating business development skills.
- Encouraging candidates with a background in financial sector/insurance/asset management auditors to apply.
