  • Providing clear and practical solutions to complex financial reporting queries, acting as a consultant for team members.
  • Developing and maintaining financial reporting tools and guidance for internal and external use.

  • Collaborating with audit teams to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Delivering accurate and transparent reporting to stakeholders.
Leadership and Team Development:
  • Supporting and coaching team members in developing their technical and professional skills.
  • Contributing to the growth and development of the Financial Reporting Advisory Team.
  • Reporting to senior management and working closely with leadership teams.

Requirements
  • Possession of a professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, ICAS, CPA or an equivalent accreditation.
  • Excellent knowledge of UK and International GAAP, IFRS, UK GAAP, and Financial Reporting requirements.
  • Experience in effectively managing and developing staff, as well as demonstrating business development skills.
  • Encouraging candidates with a background in financial sector/insurance/asset management auditors to apply.
