How you will create impact:
- You will be working with leading companies in the Consumer Goods sector togrow their topline through the development and implementation of robustlong term strategies
- You will be part of a dynamic team of industry experts, you will be managing aproject team and handling client relationships under the guidance ofPartners and/or Senior Directors
- You will be hands-on in developing topline strategies based onrobust analytical foundations, working with the team day to day to createclient deliverables
- You would also be involvedin business development activities by creating content and assisting inclient acquisition and retention to help grow the Consumer Goods practice
- Significant experience within the Consumer Goods industry andexperience within a strategy function, either in an in-house strategy roleor as a third party consultant
- A detailed understanding of theUK FMCG industry dynamics & of RGM topics
- You would feel comfortable discussing revenue management, itsrelated analytics, and leading projects on this topic
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Extremely articulate, able to take complex ideas and make themsimple and compelling
- A passion for commercial issues
- Motivation to build high performing teams
- A strong desire to work in afast paced commercially agile environment including the ability to manageand deliver to tight timelines
