You Are:


UST is looking for a Senior Manager (Europe) to drive our Contingent Talent Team to elevate contingent talent sourcing within our company.


The ideal candidate will lead global projects/programs that drive/optimize our Contingent Workforce program and positively impact speed, cost, compliance, quality, supplier development, and customer voice.


You will also be responsible for providing front-line support to clients and employees, ensuring excellence in Global delivery for UST accounts.



The Opportunity:


  • Manage and execute strategies to drive stakeholder engagement, acting as the guardian of the processes and contracts while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop innovative methods for managing Contingent Talent Life Cycle Management working directly with our Managed Service Provider.
  • Plan, schedule, and facilitate Business Reviews in partnership with our Managed Service Provider (MSP)
  • Continuously improve and innovate the staffing partner's life cycle management by working directly with the staffing partners and MSP partners.
  • Devise ways and methods for attracting/assessing (screening and interviewing) prospects and candidates, partnering with managers to meet client hiring needs.
  • Drive mid to large-scale projects to close, directly reporting to the Head of the Contingent Talent Program
  • Coordinate with global stakeholders such as Legal, Talent Supply Chain, Talent Acquisition, Human, Human Resources and Finance



What you need:


  • Experience working on the buyer side of a Contingent Talent program
  • Experience working with a Managed Service Provider
  • Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS)
  • Experience in Project Management and/or Business Analytics
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • High level verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility in daily responsibilities



Bonus points if:


  • You speak Spanish
  • CWPP Certification or similar affiliation
  • Experience using Beeline or VNDLY VMS
  • PMP Certification or similar certification
  • Experience working in a multi-supplier program environment.
  • Prior experience in the IT system integration industry supporting Europe in a multi-cultural and cross-functional environment.
  • Experience with contingent workforce project management and analytics tools
