How You Will Create Impact:
Leadership and Strategy:
- Lead and expand the Advanced Analytics team, overseeing a talented group of data scientists, analysts, and data engineers.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy, with a focus on optimizing the customer journey.
- Champion data-driven decision-making throughout the organization, fostering a culture of enhanced data literacy at all levels.
Analytics and Insights:
- Direct the design and implementation of sophisticated analytics models to enhance understanding of pricing responses, customer behaviours, and business dynamics.
- Utilize advanced machine learning and statistical techniques to forecast trends and enhance operational efficiencies.
- Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders based on rigorous analysis.
Collaboration and Influence:
- Collaborate closely with teams across various industries to integrate analytics into all aspects of business operations.
- Support client IT teams in enhancing data architecture and data warehousing to ensure the delivery of robust, scalable solutions.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, engineering, statistics) or equivalent experience.
- Experienced Management Consultant with a demonstrable track record of leading consulting teams and client engagement
- Extensive experience in advanced analytics and data science, preferably in a commercial or consulting environment.
- Proficiency in Python programming and experience developing ML or statistical models related to pricing.
- Strong familiarity with data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) and data management tools (e.g., SQL, Snowflake).
Bonus Points for:
- Experience implementing Machine Learning models and familiarity with large language models.
- Knowledge of cloud-based solutions on major providers (Azure, GCP, AWS).
- Familiarity with collaborative software tools such as Git and Jira.
- Proficiency in user interface applications like React and JavaScript.
- Domain expertise in pricing, demand forecasting, or time-series modeling.
