Senior Manager Internal Communications

A global, industry leading Digital Services business are growing the team and seeking a Senior Internal Communications Manager to join their team in London on a permanent basis. You will joining truly diverse, passionate, high performing group of professionals, to manage all Internal Comms activities for the EMEA region.



Responsibilities:

Design, plan and support deployment of the EMEA internal comms strategy, with the support of a junior manager.
Support delivery of communications for key events such with the support of the D&I team.
Drive strategic development of established digital & in-person channels for employees.
Drive and execute monthly and quarterly townhalls.
Line manage one team member.



Skills and experience:

Solid experience in an internal communications role at a managerial level, ideally with EMEA or global remit.
Excellent copywriting and editing skills. (native English proficiency)
High stakeholder management, ability to think and advise strategically.
Experience with holding townhalls, understanding regional nuances.
Line management experience is a plus but not essential.
