Previous experience leading the marketing function in a post production facility, production company or broadcaster would be ideal.
THE COMPANY
Ourclient is an international media company which supplies end-to-end solutionsacross the full broadcast spectrum – Post Production Services; Production &Content; and Equipment Rental & Sales.
THE ROLE
Workingas part of a newly formed EMEA senior leadership team, you will strengthen thecompany brands, lead on marketingstrategy and help to establish a strong internal culture.
Keyresponsibilities:
- Define the EMEA marketing strategy & develop and implement innovative advertising, PR, social media and event plans.
- Review, analyse & report on social media performance, identifying trends & opportunities
- Own the EMEA website to deliver creative, high-quality content
- Work alongside EMEA business unit leaders and HR to support engaging internal communications for employees
- Manage all local marketing activities/campaigns (events/client engagement etc).
- Work closely with business development and bids teams to ensure marketing resources are engaging.
- Work with marketing team globally to ensure a unified strategy, whilst championing the specific requirements of EMEA.
THE PERSON:
With substantial senior level B2B marketing experiencewithin a media company (ideally in broadcast / post production / production)you will have a track record of delivering results.
You will be skilled at managing marketing campaigns and associatedbudgets and have a solid understanding of social media and online engagementtools, community platforms, strategies, tactics, and measurement.
The ability to work without supervision on complexprojects and collaborate on important decisions with peers is important, andexcellent communication, writing and presentation skills are essential.
