Reporting to the Operations Director and collaborating closely with the Finance and Technical Directors, your responsibilities include coordinating operations, managing budgets, enforcing policies, analysing costs, and ensuring top-notch customer service through streamlined production. Your role demands a dynamic approach to enhance staff productivity, service quality, and financial sustainability. Strong communication, business acumen, financial proficiency, and leadership are essential, along with adeptness in change management.
Allocate resources to meet business needs. Enhance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Ensure transparency with back-office functions. Support operational changes to meet business demands. Assist in compliance and approval processes. Business administration degree or equivalent is preferred. Proficiency in production planning, especially in manufacturing. Familiarity with planning software. Ability to work with standard costing and variation analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Comprehensive understanding of various business functions. Data management skills. Relationship-building abilities. Strong leadership qualities.
We are particularly keen to speak with individuals with a background in Engineering, and with a HGV license/knowledge of HGV.
