Founded in 2010, JOOR now services more than 13,300 brands and over 380,000 retailers in 150 countries, processing an incredible $1.7B in wholesale transaction volume each month. Backed by Macquarie Group, Battery Ventures, Canaan Partners & ITOCHU, JOOR is a Series D start-up that provides the world's most recognized brands and retailers with a digital wholesale management platform that transforms the way these businesses work.

With a CEO recently named a Glossy 50 "Changemaker in the Fashion Industry", JOOR is attracting top talent to drive market dominance. We have over 200 employees in 12 global offices, including NYC, Philadelphia, LA, Milan, London, Paris, Madrid, Berlin, Melbourne, Seoul, Tokyo and Shanghai. And, we are continuing to grow in a smart, sound way.

Who You Are:

JOOR, the fashion industry’s leading digital wholesale management ecosystem, is in search of a results-driven Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead our Product Marketing practice. Our company is rooted in innovation and regularly rolling out product enhancements and new solutions designed to move the industry forward. This position plays a critical role in driving our go-to-market strategy, product positioning and collateral materials.

To be successful in this role, you’ll be eager to roll up your sleeves and make things happen. You are particularly skilled at understanding the needs of your target audience and clearly and concisely conveying a product’s value proposition. You are also equally as comfortable crafting powerful communications as you are at proving impact with data, and you know how to work with technology platforms to collect said data and synthesize it into key actionable takeaways.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create go-to-market strategy for launches of new products and capabilities; develop and execute marketing plan, partnering closely with JOOR’s product management team and marketing colleagues
  • Develop key positioning and growth plans to drive product adoption for both new launches and existing products
  • Articulate customer value through product messaging, translating features and details into a story of benefits and business growth
  • Own marketing timeline for product-driven campaigns and ensure all elements are executed in a timely manner
  • Define KPIs and regularly report on performance to inform future marketing activities
  • Develop and maintain strong library of sales enablement and demand generation assets supporting the sales process and showcasing our platform, products and capabilities
  • Develop and maintain customer retention assets to communicate product value proposition and support upsell opportunities
  • Provide market analysis and competitive benchmarking, surfacing qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product direction and ensure product-market fit
  • Partner with Product Management on developing persona research and target segments to understand unmet needs/product opportunities
  • Host cross-functional meetings with internal stakeholders to educate them on product features, marketing strategy and execution

What We're Looking For:

  • 8+ years of business strategy, product marketing or product management experience in a SaaS business
  • Experience setting strategic direction and executing innovative, impactful go-to-market plans that require input and collaboration across multiple teams
  • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with product management, customer success, sales, marketing, PR and demand generation teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to carefully craft positioning and sharpen messaging on both internal and external communications
  • Data-driven and able to turn insights into actionable growth initiatives across new product launches and existing product adoption
  • A customer-centric mindset and proven consultative approach to solving problems
  • Comfortable managing multiple simultaneous projects and driving results in a fast-paced environment
  • A highly collaborative self-starter with a positive attitude who focuses on producing great work and outcomes for the business

We are one of the few tech companies with a female CEO and 1/3 of our engineering team is made up of women — well above the industry norm. Walking our floors, you'll find people of every shape, color, ethnicity and creed. If you are looking to join a team of innovators and trail blazers who value diversity of thought and experience, then JOOR may just be the place for you.

We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

Excited about the role but still not 100% you fit the criteria? We would still love to hear from you!
