The role is to lead a commercial team within the infrastructure sector which will expand as the division grows and would suit an ambitious Senior Surveyor who is looking for advancement and that next step or a Managing Surveyor who is looking for rapid career progression
The suitable individual will have a strong track record in the commercial control of civil engineering projects under the NEC suite of contracts, ideally within a contractor and be able to demonstrate leadership and strategic decision-making skills. Excellent communication and commercial team interaction abilities are key as the role offers exceptional career opportunity for the right person to progress as rapidly as they are able.
Salary & Benefits: £70,000 to £85,000 upwards per annum plus comprehensive benefits package
