Responsibilities:
- Develop, analyze, and manage Manufacturing/Fabrication/Paint/Assembly Projects.
- Assist in developing department budgets and maintaining forecasts.
- Administer the New Product Introduction (NPI) process to ensure timely engineering drawings.
- Lead and support Design for Manufacture Best Practices and Lean Operation Excellence.
- Address operational issues including safety, efficiency improvements, and quality concerns.
- Collaborate with internal and external suppliers to develop efficient and cost-effective processes.
- Design and implement integration of manufacturing systems and equipment.
- Coordinate and report activities associated with complex manufacturing group technology cells.
- Support designing complex jigs and fixtures.
Skills & Qualifications:
- University technical master’s degree in a manufacturing engineering-related discipline.
- Familiarity with company policies and procedures with a strong department background.
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Lean manufacturing training and qualifications.
- CE/PUWER Qualifications.
- Safety/Ergonomic Qualifications.
- Leadership Experience and Qualifications.
- APQP/PPAP Experience and Qualifications.
