I am currently partnered with an industry-leading digital entertainment provider with millions of players globally! Their products range from sports betting, all the way to IGaming & free-to-play games. They are seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Automation Manager who is familiar with Braze, to join their Marketing Automations team on a permanent basis to look after the North American market.



The Role:

The Senior Marketing Automation Manager will drive the optimisation and management of our client’s marketing automation platforms, including Braze and SendGrid. The role involves both creative and technical responsibilities, working closely with the retention marketing team to ensure top-tier marketing automation practices.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee campaign and typology setup for Braze, focusing on North America.
  • Manage back-end workflow template designs, testing, and optimisations for Braze and SendGrid.
  • Drive platform roadmap delivery and prioritisation with stakeholder visibility.
  • Build and maintain documentation for tooling setup, campaign details, and integrations.
  • Lead platform governance, system alerts, and distribution.
  • Facilitate proof-of-concept trials and their prioritisation.
  • Coach and upskill the CRM marketing team on best practices.
  • Monitor and report on system health and campaign deliverability.
  • Implement internal support processes for Braze and SendGrid.



Essential Skills:

  • 1+ years' experience with Braze.
  • Strong understanding of channel marketing: Email, SMS, Push, and social.
  • Basic experience with JavaScript and MySQL.
