Due to this exciting growth, Sculpted by Aimee are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager. The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing a comprehensive 360 marketing strategy that will enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase sales. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, creative flair, and excellent project management skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand marketing, particularly within the beauty & e-commerce industry, a proven track record of successful campaign execution and new market expansion.


Accountabilities Include

  • Lead the annual 360 marketing calendar with the ability to work towards e-commerce & commercial targets.

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of 360 marketing campaigns globally including the development of internal and external presentations.

  • Develop and execute brand marketing campaigns for both brand awareness, new product & new market launches.

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling campaign concepts and messaging.

  • Build compelling influencer marketing strategies & campaigns.

  • Negotiate and manage relationships with influencers, media partners, and other third parties.

  • Drive our community-first strategies, ensuring we are always serving our customers to our highest potential.

  • Identify and develop strategic brand partnerships and collaborations to create co-branded marketing initiatives and drive customer acquisition.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign implementation.

  • Manage external agencies across a variety of vertices including PR, branding, events & media.

  • Develop and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

  • Support in business communications such as monthly business reviews & town halls.

  • Develop ways of working and internal processes to leave the marketing team across PR, influencers & social.

  • Line management of 2+ direct reports, supporting their growth & development.


Experience Needed

  • 6-10+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within the beauty industry.

  • Previous experience working in a high-growth e-commerce environment.

  • 2+ years experience in line management.

  • Experience in launching brands into new markets, in particular UK & USA.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful global marketing & brand campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of the beauty industry landscape & customers.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
