Key Responsibilities:
- lead marketing campaigns to drive efforts within the UK & European markets.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies
- Analyse market trends and customer insights to inform strategic decisions
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business goals
Essential Skills and Experience:
Tier 1 - insurance domain experience is essential. Specifically, General Insurance / P&C (Property Casualty) personal and/or commercial experience is ESSENTIAL for this role.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the insurance sector.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in digital marketing techniques and analytics tools
- A track record of successful marketing campaign management
- Expertise in CRM and marketing automation systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Outstanding communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
This role is hybrid, requiring the candidate to work in the office 2-3 times a week ideally.
