Our client, a leading name in homeware, is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Senior Manager, Marketplaces to join their dynamic Sales & Marketing team.
In this pivotal role, you'll be the mastermind behind their marketplace strategy, driving sales and profitability across various channels. You'll orchestrate everything from product optimisation and advertising to promotions and pricing strategies, ensuring top-line growth and maximising contribution margins.
Here's what you'll bring to the table:
- Proven track record in managing and growing sales on online marketplaces
- Strategic mindset with a knack for developing and executing winning channel roadmaps
- Data-driven approach to identify opportunities and optimise performance
- Leadership skills to inspire, challenge, and develop a high-performing marketplaces team
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders: IT, Buying, Websites, Customer Service, Operations, and Quality Control
- Passion for the brand and a commitment to upholding the company's values
You'll also be instrumental in:
- Maintaining a fully optimised product catalogue across marketplaces
- Spearheading new product launches on these channels
- Ensuring brand consistency across all marketplaces
- Identifying and addressing stock merchandising issues to prevent stock-outs
