*NB the role offers lots of flexibility but there is a requirement to visit clients in their Northwest Office at least 1-2 time a week.
Our client, a leading and award winning retail media company are growing and have just undertaken a project that will completely transform their clients shopper marketing approach. With this great task ahead, they have created a new role and are now looking to hire a Senior Account Manager – Media, to take ownership for implementing a new media roadmap whilst supporting to build and launch the completely new media channels.
The role reports into the Client Director working individually amongst a cross functional team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with your line manager to establish and maintain relationships with media owners, technology vendors, and publishers for new media launches.
- Lead the management of new media channels, overseeing their progression from initial concept to full implementation for clients.
- Assist your manager in overseeing media development governance, ensuring that updates are consistently communicated to internal and external stakeholders.
- Help transition their clients shopper marketing methods to innovative media strategies.
- Use your knowledge to support your manager in training relevant client departments on future retail media trends, equipping them with the skills and tools for connected commerce.
Requirements:
- 4-8 years experience in a large media agency, or working with an adtech/martech partner
- Degree
- Experience in a client or customer facing role to build relationships
- Experience in using tools Criteo and LiveRamp a strong advantage
