About the position:


As the Senior Mid-Market Account Manager , you will build and develop on-going relationships, identify and win  cross-sell & up-sell sales opportunities within a defined set of existing customers pitch our award-winning software solutions to medium-sized enterprises, and manage the full sales cycle.  This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong relationships with  existing customers, with a commercial mindset and successful in uncovering additional sales opportunities. You provide the consultative sales mentality, and we’ll provide you with all the resources that you need to be successful. 


Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



  • Developing new cross sell/upsell opportunities  and expanding existing accounts in the UK 
  • Selling our software and services to businesses from 2,000 - 6,000 users
  • Managing complex sales cycles with a consultative sales approach
  • Planning and delivering presentations that give prospective and existing customers insights into how our solutions solve their challenges
  • Working with dedicated pre-sales engineers and other cross-functional team members to help close business
  • Communicating new product developments to existing clients
  • Attending remote and on-site meetings with clients
  • Collaborating with teams in different territories and offices
  • Implementing and executing effective sales campaigns to ensure maximum penetration of key accounts within your territory
  • Maintaining an accurate and current pipeline of opportunities within the CRM (Ms Dynamics) system

Other qualities you’ll need to be a fit for this role include:





    • Prior experience selling M365 solutions is highly desirable.
    • 3 + years of previous sales experience with a demonstrated history of cross/up selling.
    • Experience in the software/technology industry
    • Experience with executive selling, both business and technical
    • Excellent communication and listening skills
    • Determination to surpass performance goals
    • Willingness to learn
    • Ability to work individually and within a highly collaborative team environment
    • Plenty of initiative
    • A persuasive manner
    • Ability to think on your feet
