Senior Network Engineer - up to £65,000 - Hybrid/ Leicester - Automotive Industry

This role is working with the core IT Architecture team to design and implement a refreshed look at the company's wider Network architecture. You will be working within a cross-functional team to deliver all core IT infrastructure services as well as the deployment of internally built software. The Role
As a Senior Network Engineer, you will be responsible for being the SME of all networks within the business for its Office Architecture, datacentres and Hybrid Cloud Solution. You will be looking involved in cultivating the relationships with Cisco, their main vendor, and discussing with stakeholders the future roadmap for both the network infrastructure and the Cloud roadmap. You will be sat in a cross-functional team of SMEs that deliver all the Core IT infrastructure and Software Delivery for this automotive business.
Requirements
Expertise in Cisco networking
Experience in implementing enterprise network architecture

This Automotive business is one of the largest of its kind in the UK delivering its services to thousands of clientele. With their Head Office in Leicester, you will only be required into the office once every 2 weeks which should hopefully give you the flexibility to work well at home but also still maintain a team feel. They pride themselves on the development of their employees, therefore you may be required to part with your knowledge and help develop the skills of the colleagues around you.
