One of my Clients is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Rail Engineer with experience in consultancy to be part of an experienced team working on exciting infrastructure and redevelopment projects. Due to recent success their team is growing, and it offers great opportunities for the right candidate seeking new and exciting opportunities.
The successful candidate will have a fantastic opportunity to join a highly rated team with a strong reputation for quality, technical knowledge and providing their public and private sector clients with commercially focused solutions.
The role requires;
- Leading Rail projects including delivering civils and structures design works
- Manage and deliver significant high value programme of major multi-disciplinary infrastructure bids & projects
- Contributing to bid proposals for their target opportunities
- Ensuring their culture of safety and commitment to the environment is maintained and promoted throughout their delivery teams
- Responsible for delivering revenues assigned from specific clients as a result of repeat business caused by flawless execution of projects
- Understanding of NR, TFL project delivery process
- Identify project risks and opportunities
- Manage and coordinate delivery of rail bids working closely with other technical discipline leads
- Knowledge of different contracting types, especially target cost
- Experience of resolving disputes, leveraging contracts to grow opportunities
- B.Eng in Engineering
- Chartered Status or close to chartership
- Significant experience in the UK rail sector
