Position: Senior Paid Media Manager
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + bonus
Location: London
A leading retail group is seeking an experienced Senior Paid Media Manager to drive paid media activity across multiple brands and territories, focusing on high-quality customer acquisition aligned with business KPIs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of specialists across affiliate, organic, paid search, and paid social channels for multiple brands.
- Develop and evolve performance marketing strategies to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Own paid media KPIs, assessing results and optimising activity.
- Manage spend and performance for the Paid Media team.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align strategies with business objectives.
- Maintain relationships with key media owners and tech partners to maximise value and support.
- Oversee the tech stack within the Paid Media team and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience managing paid media channels (Meta, Google, Bing).
- Hands-on experience with campaign management and optimisation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
- Experience in budget ownership, media planning, and forecasting.
- Innovative mindset with a track record of testing and improving current processes.
