What You'll Be Doing:

  • Becoming a Trusted Advisor:Partner with senior leaders and client groups,understanding their challenges and crafting winning People Plans aligned with Trustmarque's vision.
  • Coaching & Consulting:Flex your expertise,advising leaders and managers on all people-related matters and empowering them to unlock their team's potential.
  • Data-Driven Decisions:Leverage people analytics to identify trends,anticipate needs,and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Leading the Charge:Take ownership of key people initiatives,ensuring smooth acquisitions,restructures,and integrations.
  • Resolving Complexities:Be the go-to for complex employee relations issues,guiding the team with your expertise.
  • Collaborate with Experts:Partner with the People team and centers of excellence to champion innovative HR solutions.
  • Championing Change:Support change initiatives and advise on organizational design,fostering effective communication and adoption.
  • Engagement Advocate:Work closely with clients to understand their employee needs,championing local action plans and driving company-wide engagement.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven People Partnering:A track record of success in tech or a fast-paced environment is ideal.
  • Legal Savvy:Strong knowledge of employment law and its practical application within a business context.
  • Data Driven:The ability to utilise people analytics to inform decisions and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
  • Building Rapport:The ability to build strong relationships at all levels,with the confidence to provide constructive challenges when necessary.
  • Delivery Expertise:A demonstrable record of delivering effective people solutions that boost both business performance and employee engagement.
  • Certified Excellence:A CIPD level 7 qualification (or equivalent experience) is a plus.
  • Tech Savvy:You understand the unique employee needs of the UK tech landscape.
  • Feedback Champion:You can drive a culture of continuous feedback to build a high-performing and collaborative environment.
  • Employee Centric:You keep the employee experience at the heart of everything you do.
