Performance & Insights - Collaborating Community Engagement for Stronger Outcomes

We're making significant investments to enable the people in the community to live the best lives they can and our commitment to being evidence-based and outcomes-driven is at the core of this vision. We invite you to be part of this journey, where your role as a Senior Performance Analyst is essential in delivering performance data, statutory returns, business insights, and effective challenges within our agile, inclusive, and values-driven council.

In this pivotal position, you will serve as the crucial link between managers, Heads of Service, and Directors, understanding their specific data requirements and delivering accurate, consistent reports, and insights. Your daily responsibilities will involve seamless collaboration with Corporate ICT, the Programme Office, and key partner agencies, contributing to our Corporate Business Intelligence program.

We're interested in hearing from experienced individuals with a background in SQL, SSRS, and proficiency in delivering Adult Services statutory returns (e.g., SALT, ASCOF). Familiarity with Power BI and experience in data exchange with the NHS, combined with a strong grasp of placement and care package data, are advantageous.

Confidence is key as you take charge of collecting, validating, and disseminating complex data within the adults, commissioning, and finance domains. Your ability to communicate findings to senior management and address challenges with a constructive, solution-oriented mindset is critical.

Join us today and be an integral part of shaping a brighter future for our community. Your expertise will drive stronger outcomes, and your dedication will make a lasting impact.
