As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our marketing efforts through data-driven strategies and innovative campaigns. This position requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in paid search, organic search, and affiliate marketing and understanding attribution for both ecommerce and bricks and mortar businesses. ​

  • Strategy Development: Lead the development of comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals, utilizing a mix of paid channels such as PPC, SEO, and affiliate marketing. ​
  • Data Analysis & Performance Forecasting: Utilize analytics tools to assess campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Constantly optimise campaigns based on data-driven findings to enhance overall performance and actively forecast future spend and results. ​
  • Budget Management: Manage and optimise marketing budgets effectively, making data-driven decisions to maximize ROAS and achieve overall cost-efficiency. ​
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives and maintain brand consistency. ​
  • Testing and Experimentation: Implement A/B testing and experimentation methodologies to identify high-performing strategies and refine marketing approaches. ​
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with key marketing suppliers, ensuring optimal performance and value from third-party partnerships. ​
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to a team of performance marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

About You

You will have proven experience of 5+ years of experience working in performance marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns and demonstrated expertise in utilising various digital channels. You will also have strong analytical and date interpretations skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations. Experience leading and mentioning a team is vital with a focus on driving results, fostering a positive work environment, and developing team members. A collaborative communicator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You would also have proven experience in managing relationships with marketing suppliers, negotiating contract and ensure high quality services along with the ability to think strategically to align with marketing efforts and business goals.
