SENIOR PERFORMANCE MARKETING MANAGER 2/3 DAYS IN THE OFFICE This is a group of co-educational independent schools As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following: Support the Performance Director in initiating and developing digital strategies Oversee the day-to-day management of paid digital campaigns across multiple channels (Google, Meta and Linkedln) Take ownership of campaign performance & reporting across our digital marketing footprint to ensure the team is constantly aligned with the business objectives. Develop and nurture a team of junior performance marketing executives to develop their skills Strong Digital Marketing experience Experience working in a client-facing capacity in PPC, Social, Display and SEO Able to manage multi-channel projects, leading the strategy and team to work to deadlines and KPIs
