Role Profile Taking up a new position within our central services, we are seeking a driven Senior Performance Media Executive to join us as a key driver within our Performance Media Team.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Reporting into the Performance Media Manager, our newest Senior Executive (Forge Holiday Group) will deliver our growth objectives across the Forge Group of brands but predominantly Sykes Holiday Cottages and Forest Holidays. This role offers a great opportunity to play a crucial part in a successful and award-winning department, that is itself part of a successful and award-winning business.

They will be accountable for delivery in the following areas:

Paid Media
- Operational lead for the Sykes Holiday Cottages paid search activities with support from executive team and Performance Media Manager
- Account optimization across both Paid Search & Paid Social.
- Undertake and enhance reporting processes across numerous digital platforms
- Being part of a continuous experimentation workflow; testing and sharing findings with the team.
- Strong understanding of a winning and agile paid media strategy with a full-funnel and cross-media mentality
- A natural curiosity in keeping up to date with a rapidly evolving digital marketing landscape and with an ability to identify new opportunities to enhance performance

Leadership & Teamwork
- Attending regular meetings with stakeholders, representing Performance Media Team internally and Forge Holiday Group externally
- Identify, share and spread best practice throughout the business and demonstrate excellent teamwork.
- Ability to form close and trusting working relationships within the Consumer Team and more broadly the wider Performance Media Team (Owner & App)
- Communicate and be able to present findings effectively to key stakeholders across the business, both internal and externally such as suppliers, HOD’s, Directors etc.
- Embrace and drive innovation with the ability to think outside the box.
- Consistently demonstrate passion for the business and the role.
- Show confidence and conviction with decision making, taking full responsibility for your actions and outcomes.
- Respects, mentors and coaches peers and junior members of staff, selflessly helping their professional development.
- Deputizing for Performance Media Manager when required.
