The Opportunity
Are you a talented Senior Planner with a passion for high-rise residential projects? Our client, a leading main contractor with a strong presence in the North West, is looking for a Senior Planner to lead planning efforts for a major residential development in Manchester.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing detailed project plans to ensure that all phases of the high-rise residential development are completed efficiently and on schedule. Your duties will include developing project timelines, identifying potential risks and delays, and implementing strategies to mitigate them. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and other key stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met and that the project progresses smoothly.
