Affecto is working in partnership with an innovative Software House who are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to join the team. What will you be doing?
Working on digital programmes across various clients.
Operate closely with other members of the delivery team, collaborating with developers, architects, designers, analysts and product owners.
Delivering automation, tooling and cloud infrastructure.
What experience do you need?
Expert knowledge of AWS.
Strong experience of designing, deploying, and managing enterprise cloud environments.
Good understanding of containers and container orchestration (Docker, EKS, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation or Pulumi).
Understanding of configuration management, automation, and scripting (Python, Ruby, Go).
Ability to us platform and application automated deployment technologies (Puppet, Chef, SaltStack).
Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
