Job Title: Healthcare Communications Account Manager

Salary: Up to £54,000 per annum

Location: London 1/2 days a week in office

Are you a seasoned Senior Account Manager an exciting new opportunity? We are currently recruiting for a Senior Account Manager to join a reputable award-winnning Healthcare Communications agency.

A dynamic and forward-thinking Healthcare Communications agency specialising in providing strategic communications solutions to a range of clients within the healthcare industry are looking to expand their already strong team by adding a Senior Account Manager.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the key point of contact for our clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Developing and implementing strategic communication plans that align with client objectives.
  • Overseeing the delivery of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
  • Content creation across platforms for digital communications.
  • Providing strategic guidance and support to the team, helping them to achieve their goals.
  • Leading and contributing to new business development efforts, including pitching for new accounts.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years proven experience within a Healthcare Communications agency
  • Or having worked on pharma accounts, working as an Account Manager/Senior Account Manager.
  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry such as medical communications; cancers, blood transfusions, rare diseases.
  • Ability to write a good press releases.
  • Media Q and A's.
  • Articles for different audiences, e.g. internal newsletters, online websites, thought leadership blogs.
  • Developing and launching social media campaigns
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently engage and advise clients.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic communication plans.
  • Agency experience.
  • Proactive and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
