Are you a current fee earner that is looking to transition into a slightly different role? We are recruiting for a Senior Practice Development Lawyer in a ‘hybrid’ type role where there is still an element of fee earning/client facing work involved and so no prior PSL experience is necessary. The purpose of the role is to be creative and innovative in developing and implementing a vision to further shape the practice.
This highly-regarded Corporate team have a practice combining M&A, private equity, ECM, Funds and a host of corporate advisory matters making it broad ranging.
Ideally, with some ECM / Public Markets experience, you will have at least eight years of post-qualification experience within a leading corporate practice, gained at a leading firm.
