Job Description
A multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy is looking for a Senior CDM Principal Designer to manage a small team and deliver Design Safety to their portfolio of 35+ projects. The role allows for the Senior CDM Principal Designer to work in a hybrid nature while progressing themselves through the company. This consultancy is always at the forefront of the Construction and CDM industry, providing the opportunity to develop within the Construction & CDM world.
Responsibilities:
The Senior CDM Principal Designer will be confident in design meetings and advise clients effectively on Design Safety. The CDM Principal Designer will have the opportunity to manage and work on projects mostly within the residential sector.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH National Certificate
- Tech IOSH Membership
- Experience within Design
- APS Membership (preferable)
- 1 year of Senior Principal Designer experience (preferable)
