Locum Senior Principal Property Lawyer London Authority £65 - £75 umbrella per hour Hybrid working Sellick Partnership are working with a prestigious London-based local authority seeking a Principal Senior Property Lawyer on an interim basis. The role will be offered on an initial 3-month contract, however, this is likely to be extended on a rolling, long-term basis. The role will require office attendance 3 days per week. Payment will be made via an umbrella company at a rate of around £65 - £75 per hour dependant on experience. This is a 5-day-per-week role, however, the client will consider 4 days per week or condensed hours for the right candidate. The successful lawyer will work independently on high-value, complex property matters including joint ventures, developments, and large sales and acquisitions. The client is ideally looking for someone from a private practice background, who has worked for a City law firm dealing with high-value sales and acquisitions. The successful candidate will be confident dealing with high-value projects from initial instruction to completion with little assistance.
