Rapidly growing professional services organisation is currently going through an exciting period of transformation and change resulting in the creation of a senior role to business partner with cross functional stakeholder groups.
Operating on the leadership team, this role will work closely with procurement and account directors to develop and implement optimal procurement strategies across an array of client contracts and sourcing activity.
This role will offer excellent opportunity to shape the position in your own image and make an instant impact, with lots of low hanging fruit to drive efficiencies and savings.
Role Responsibilities:
- Business partner with commercial teams, account directors and other procurement staff to align across procurement and operations.
- Work closely with stakeholders to spot opportunities for impact and drive new strategies across the team.
- Develop and implement supply chain solutions working closely with suppliers to ensure delivery and relationship building.
- Lead the supplier performance programme management and effectively communicate this with stakeholders across the team.
Key Experience Required:
- Significant experience in Hard Services Facilities procurement within a large organisation
- Strong stakeholder management experience to engage and challenge c-suite stakeholder groups
- Professional Certification such as CIPS ideal
- Previous experience in a client interfacing role ideal
