Sunbeam is a new feedback analytics platform that transforms the way businesses use customer and employee feedback. We’re looking for an experienced product designer who will build the initial design and user experience foundation of Sunbeam.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be the person in charge of all UI and UX aspects of Sunbeam. This could be the platform itself, the data and insights we provide to customers, or our emails. You’ll touch almost every single part of the product.

You’ll work on features and improvements that ship quickly and with high quality, creating flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for your features. You’ll need to work closely with engineers and other partners to ensure a high-quality implementation.

As we grow, you’ll help with hiring and establishing a design culture within the company.

Experience

  • You bring 4+ years of experience designing SaaS or B2B products for web and mobile
  • You have experience bringing designs to production and working closely with engineers to refine and polish implementations
  • An eye for design details and experience using a design system to produce high quality solutions
  • You are able to express ideas and potential solutions in clear writing
  • You can produce quick explorations and high fidelity designs, and are able to judge when to do so
  • You feel comfortable using data to inform and guide your decisions and priorities

Please note this is a full-time role. We do not offer visa sponsorship and you must hold the right to work in the UK.

Benefits

  • Beautiful city-centre based office in Bristol.
  • Annual leave of 25 days, plus additional days for volunteering.
  • Matched pension contributions (up to 5%).
  • Hybrid working model with 3 days in-office per week for optimal work-life balance.
  • Support for travel and conference attendance, fostering continuous learning.
  • We buy lunch for everyone once a week, on “Feed Me Thursday”.
  • Equity options for all staff, making you a true partner in our journey.
  • Cycle to work scheme.
