Job Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (Relocation Required)
Responsibilities:
Project Conceptualization:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, goals, and user needs.
- Contribute to the conceptualization and ideation phase, translating ideas into compelling design concepts.
Visual Design:
- Create visually appealing and user-friendly design solutions for digital and/or physical projects.
- Develop design elements, including layouts, graphics, and user interfaces, adhering to brand guidelines and project objectives.
Prototyping and Wireframing:
- Produce wireframes and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Work closely with project managers, developers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the overall project.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align project designs with promotional materials.
User Experience (UX) Design:
- Advocate for a user-centric design approach, ensuring that projects prioritize a positive and intuitive user experience.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Design Documentation:
- Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides, design specifications, and asset libraries.
- Ensure consistency in design elements across various platforms and project phases.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Designer or in a similar role, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and a deep understanding of design principles.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
