We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to help us lead the roadmap and drive our mission forward. Leading the product portfolio and reporting direct to the Head of Product, you'll craft our roadmap that fuels our market strategy and delivery of value. You will be responsible for driving the success of our offering, leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and customer-centric solutions. Collaborating closely with stakeholders from various departments to define and execute the product vision and strategy, you will ensure that our products meet market demands and deliver maximum value to our users.  If you're passionate about product and being part of a supportive nurturing team where you have real influence then reach out with an application. This is a remote position, with the expectation that employees will visit the office in Reading approximately once every three months. During the initial weeks, more frequent visits may be required. Requirements Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement Work with the Head of Product to define and communicate the portfolio vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap Empowered ownership of the immediate roadmap for a key business sector, responsible for it's construction, execution and communication Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive product innovation and differentiation Gather and prioritise product requirements, working closely with engineering, design, testing and business stakeholders Monitor product performance and user feedback, making data-driven decisions to optimise product features and drive customer satisfaction Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute go-to-market plans, pricing strategies, and product marketing initiatives Work closely with development teams using agile methodologies to ensure timely and successful product delivery Provide leadership and mentorship to product managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning Support the sales team in defining and executing the commercial strategy for optimised market growth Deputise for the Head of Product when required to support the Senior Leadership Team Provide regular product strategy/ roadmap updates to key stakeholders and business leadership Benefits Fully remote/flexible working Holidays: 25 days per annum Private Medical Insurance (70% Company funded) Life Assurance (4x basic salary) Pension: 5.5% Employer contribution (5% Employee contribution) Employee Assistance Programme Flu vaccinations allowance Home-based allowance Eye test allowance 2 volunteering days Holiday Buy-Back Scheme: Buy 5 days additional holiday (After 1 years' service)
