Are you a Product / Propositions professional with experience in savings and/or protection products?

Would you like to work closely with an industry leader, with extensive experience developing and managing industry-leading products in the space?

CORE Talent Solutions is delighted to be supporting our client, an established Life Assurance firm, growing their headcount, presence and product range in Scotland. The role will join a wider Commercial team, with a focus on managing and developing the firm’s market proposition across savings and life insurance.

Key responsibilities for the Senior Product Manager:

• Work closely with the newly appointed Head of Product, managing existing product lines
• Provide technical product input into the development of protection and savings products.
• Work closely with colleagues across different teams in IT, Risk, Compliance & Marketing
• Ensure products meet legal, regulatory and industry requirements
• Lead the governance process and delivery of the existing product change
• Lead product development projects.

Key skills or background required for the Senior Product Manager:

• Experience in a commercial role, managing product performance and governance in financial services
• Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging and building relationships across a financial services business
• Knowledge of savings and life insurance products is desirable, but not essential for this role
