About the Role

Our Client, a world-leading integrated telecommunications company, is looking for a seasoned and dynamic Senior Product Manager to join their team focusing on International Voice Solutions. This role plays a vital part in driving and maintaining the development and success of their comprehensive suite of international calling products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the development and management of international voice solutions, including Global Voice, International PBX, and related offerings.
  2. Develop and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans to expand our international voice footprint.
  3. Conduct market research to identify global customer needs and international communication trends.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, sales, customer support) to ensure seamless product delivery.
  5. Build and manage strategic relationships with international carriers and service providers.
  6. Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve our international voice solutions.
  7. Ensure compliance with international telecommunications regulations and standards.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum of 5+ years of product management experience in the telecommunications industry, preferably with a focus on international voice solutions.
  2. In-depth knowledge of international call routing, network infrastructure, and international codecs.
  3. Experience working with international regulations and compliance is needed.
  4. Strong understanding of global communication needs and the international telephony landscape.
  5. Proven experience in product lifecycle management and project management.
  6. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams across international boundaries.
  7. Customer-focused with a strong emphasis on user experience and satisfaction for international customers.
  8. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
