The company has a world-class leadership team and the financial backing (+€100m invested last year) of one of the biggest media companies in Europe. Its currently a sub 50 employee business but operates within a group of companies that are also clients with revenues in excess of €200m ARR.

The role has is highly impactful and visible and will help shape this key component of their go-to-market. It also has the opportunity to build a team around it as the companies scales its revenues so exciting from a learning and career development perspective.

We are looking for people who can spend 3 days a week in Hamburg so ideally located nearby or are willing to relocate (with full financial package offered).

The Role:

  • Define the target market: Conduct market research and understand customer needs to define the target market and position our product effectively. 
  • Define the Ideal Customer Profile: Define and articulate the Ideal Customer Profile for our product, taking into account factors such as demographics, psychographics, buying behaviour, and more. 
  • Define pricing and packaging: Work with the team to determine the most effective pricing and packaging strategy for our product, taking into account the target market, competitive landscape, and the value proposition of the product. 
  • Communicate value: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our product and differentiate it from competitors. Improve product positioning: Use market research and customer feedback, and refine the product positioning to ensure that it meets the needs of the target market. 
  • Drive demand: Generate interest in our product, create awareness, and drive demand among the target market

You have: 

  • Market knowledge: Deep understanding of the App Marketing and Analytics industry, including the customers, their needs, and the competitive landscape. 
  • Strategic thinking: Think critically and develop long-term strategies to drive growth and success.
  • Communication skills: Clearly and effectively communicate complex ideas, both internally and to customers. 
  • Collaboration skills: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and engineering, to ensure that products are developed and marketed effectively. 
  • Passion for technology: A genuine interest in technology, and a desire to stay up-to date with the latest trends and innovations. 
  • Experience: Relevant experience in product marketing, including experience working in a SaaS startup or a similar fast-paced, high-growth environment, is highly desirable.
