The role

As our experienced Product Marketing Manager, you will be part of the global marketing team, reporting directly to the Global Head of Communication. Working closely with the Product and Customer Success teams, you will be responsible for communicating the value of our products to prospects, users and our internal teams, as well as measuring and driving user adoption of new and existing features. This role is ideal if you have strong communication skills and enjoy working with business and technical stakeholders across teams in multiple countries.

Specific responsibilities include

  • Lead and mentor our junior team members.
  • Partner with the Product Management and Customer Success teams to champion the voice of the customer from strategic decision making to tactical activities.
  • Plan and evaluate successful go-to-market strategies for new products or feature launches, working with PMs and involving all relevant departments.
  • Release and approve product messaging for existing and new products to drive their usage. Track and continually optimise the performance of our product messaging.
  • Communicate the vision and value of our products to external and internal audiences. Own the presentation of our products on the website, in app stores and in sales collateral.
  • Track and analyse usage metrics to measure user engagement, guide product improvements and gain insights into customer usage patterns, untapped opportunities and buyer personas through a variety of methods including interviews, surveys and sales data.
  • Research and monitor our competitors to ensure that our product positioning is clear and differentiated.

What we’re looking for in a successful candidate

We are looking for at least 5 years' experience in product marketing, particularly in environments where digital interfaces play a central role in driving user engagement. The ideal candidate will have specific skills and knowledge in the following areas:

  • Proven track record in digital product marketing, delivering successful campaigns for mass market engagement. Extensive experience in both B2B and B2C environments preferred. Proficient in crafting clear, compelling product messaging across diverse audiences, including copywriting, leading video productions, and presentation development.
  • Proficient in devising and executing product marketing strategies aligned with company goals, including research, analysis, and adapting strategies based on market feedback. Skilled in measuring and analysing user engagement with marketing efforts using analytics tools, making data-driven decisions and refining strategies accordingly.
  • Proven leadership skills in guiding and mentoring junior members of the product marketing team, cultivating an environment of ongoing learning and growth. Requires adept coaching abilities and effective delegation skills.
  • Experienced in working closely with product teams, sales, and other relevant departments to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all channels. Must be adept at managing stakeholder expectations and integrating feedback into marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in applying ASO strategies to increase app visibility, drive organic downloads and improve app store rankings is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Understanding of the software product development process. Familiarity with design software such as Figma, Adobe InDesign or Adobe Illustrator.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written. German or French language skills are not required but are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
