New HOT Job within the Healthcare sector - Senior Project Architect in London required ASAP to join a close knit team of Architects / Designers. As the Senior Project Architect you will work with the Senior Project Manager on this once in a generation project, designing a new major trauma centre for the NHS which will shape how healthcare is delivered in the future.

To be considered for this role you MUST have extensive experience delivering large-scale healthcare projects and must be able to show this in a well presented portfolio.

Job Duties include;


Responsible for ensuring the overall design intent of the project established by the Sr. Project Designer is incorporated into the

detailed documentation

Monitors the design process from conceptual phase through construction administration, ensuring the design idea is consistent and properly executed.

Responsible for technical resolution and coordination for a defined portion of a project.

May participate in business development meetings with team leaders to target specified project, client or market opportunities

You will check completed reports, plans, estimates and calculations for accuracy

Sets up project team software parameters and manages standards

Ensures that construction detail documentation conforms to quality assurance, quality control and best practice standards

Supervises preparation of technical drawings by other less senior level architects or technicians
