- Six to ten years’ post-Part 3 experience in the UK, specifically with large-scale residential projects.
- Complete proficiency in Revit, with a solid foundation in BIM workflows.
- In-depth experience across RIBA Stages 3-6, including preparing and delivering tender and construction documentation.
- Exceptional technical knowledge, particularly in areas such as Technical Housing Standards NDSS, the London Plan, and building regulations.
- Proven ability to supervise a project team, ensuring effective collaboration and mentorship.
- Strong communication skills, with the capacity to liaise effectively with consultants, local authorities, subcontractors, and manufacturers.
