A widely-publisheddesign studio is looking for atechnically-minded Senior Architectto join their team.You will be working on an exciting mixed-use project in Central London. The role would suit a well-rounded Project Architect, with multiple years' of professional experience at a reputable design practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client meetings, DTMS and workshops. Prepare details and construction drawings. Carry out site inspections and prepare project reports. Liaise with consultants and contractors. Communicate design issues and solutions directly to client. Oversee and mentor project team members.
Skills & Experience
- ARB registered architect with multiple years of experience. Ideally experience in high end residential layouts atRIBA stage 4 and 5. Proven site experience, working with contractors and subcontractors. Project lead and onsite experience ideally to oversee the admin part of the project, run client meetings and DTMs, minutes, chase actions, etc. Excellent communication skills with fluency in English. Proficient in AutoCAD and Excel. Ability to manage workloads under time pressure. Experience in contract administration.
Bio: An ARB-registered architect, with over 13 years of professional experience in architecture and the construction industry, Sai studied architecture at the Canterbury School of Architecture (CSA), before completing his Master's degree (RIBA Part II) and Professional Diploma (RIBA Part III) at the University of Westminster.Sai has previously worked at east London practice The AOC, as well as with award-winning AJ 100 practices Glenn Howells and Buckley Gray Yeoman - with this experience, Sai has worked on some of London's most exciting buildings and projects. In 2021, he joined Bespoke’s London office where he is using his industry experience as a consultant for the architecture team.
